This chain starts early in the DLC, after Klaus Schimmer’s fireworks task.
Warnings: There is a known bug where the achievement may not trigger if you call Hempf to learn about Zlata’s parents. Also, do not use Marcus as the donor/helper solution, because that route leads to quest failure.
I used this route:
1. Talk to Klaus Schimmer and accept Preparing for the holiday. Buy fireworks from Nathan and give them Klaus.
2. Wait for the event where Zlata Schimmer is hit by the Mobile Propaganda Unit.
3. Talk to Klaus after the accident. He gives you Looking for parents quest.
4. Call the Ministry / request Zlata’s DNA analysis (Cost: -2,000 reputation)
5. Search the Schimmers’ apartment and find the lollipop with Zlata’s DNA.
6. Talk to the courier outside and give him the lollipop. The courier asks for an image of a naked woman.
7. Talk to George de Latour and convince him to give you the image. (Cost: -300 reputation). Then give the image to the courier.
8. Wait for the phone call with the DNA result.
9. Tell Klaus Schimmer who Zlata’s real parents are.
10. Wait until Klaus talks to Jacob Manishek and talk to him again when he has an exclamation mark.
11. Talk to Jacob Manishek about Zlata and then talk to Louisa Manishek about Zlata.
12. Wait until Louisa has an exclamation mark. She wants to help Zlata, but Jacob will not allow it.
13. Use the phone and make a verbal report about Jacob Manishek to the Ministry.
14. Talk to Louisa. She leaves for the hospital.
15. Wait for Louisa’s phone call. She asks for money for the surgery.
16. Call Louisa back and agree to transfer the money. (Cost: -$15,000).
17. Wait until Louisa returns to the building and talk to her about the surgery.
18. She tells you she needs to leave with her children. and the achievement will unlock.
