You need to find all mushrooms AND fill 6 flasks with acid
Mushroom Locations:
1- SW corner, behind the centipede
2- Central Area, South of the bridge to Giant monitor Lizard
3- East of Millorn, after going down the elevator between a Giant Spider and a Spider Swarm
4- NE of Millorn, Just past the aforementioned Giant Spider
5- In the Death of Eight Legs area, close to where you do the mobility check to enter, North Edge
6- Protected by the Death on Eight Legs
Flask Locations:
1- SE area, in a room close to the exits of the theatre, Langrat's Exit.
2- Central area, near the mongrel with 2 flies
3- Central area, in a loot bag hidden by a perception check, close to the second mushroom
4- NW side, in the room with the ooze disguised as a door.
5- Close to Millorn's Hut, hidden by a perception check
6- North of Millorn, down a left passage as the group moves up the east side of the map towards the northern hall, just past a spider swarm.
Acid Locations:
1- Tremendous Centipede
2- Corpse of another, near Millorn's hut.
3- Within Death on Eight Legs Lair, along the east wall by the entrance through a mobility check
