Missions can be obtained from npc's at fishing village, outpost or barn, there are many types of quests but they are very simple (for example retrieve a vodka bottle from woods or catch 3 fish). Do 5 of them and you'll get the achievement. I would recommend doing the lumberjack quests at outpost and fishing village ones.
