Beside the Village of the Wannies (where you learn the Ferryman's song), you will spot a large frog in a hole. If you carefully jump onto the vacant lily pad (I recommend saving your game in case you miss the landing) and interact with the frog, Twinsen will kiss it, giving you the achievement.
