i played the demo past the tutorial but it did not unlock the achievement after purchase.
i had to reenable the Tutorial in the Settings (click on
Save settings in the lower left) on the Main Menu and start a new Save File. this will also unlock
if your New Game starts on Enceladus Prime Station, you likely missed to save the Settings in the Main Menu.
with the Tutorial enabled, your New Game will start in space. follow the instruction through until it tells you to check the Mechanic's tab. after that you are free to go. the achievement will unlock once you return to Enceladus Prime Station. the loading screen will also unlock the
