This is unlocked at the beginning of the Epilogue. Walk forward and interact with Kuma a short conversation will play, and interact with him again (you have to do this three times) the achievement will pop once you interact with Kuma for the last time (you don't have to wait for the conversation to end) The last conversation is the one Takuma also gets involved.
