This can only be gained from the first encounter in Greenpath.
Instead of fighting the Vengefly King, walk past Zote and continue on your adventure. I advise marking the location on your map.
After collecting the Mantis Claw, return to where Zote is and strike his shield with your Nail. This will award you with the achievement.
