  There is a mode called "Red Light Green Light"
  which is located from your menu.
  Simply complete it to unlock the achievement.
  Be careful, because they do not give you any warning before it switches to "Red Light" and kills you. You need to anticipate it, and it's completely random. Will likely take a few runs, but it is ultimately pretty easy.
