This is most likely a missable achievement.
You can earn it at the beginning of Chapter 4: Interrogations. This chapter takes place in the Salon. Once you have gained control at the beginning of the chapter, before beginning any interrogations, head to the bar just north (above) you and on the back shelf there is a bottle you can interact with. This interaction will reveal it to be sherry (Poirot's drink of choice in the various stories) and will unlock the achievement.
I do not know if you have to do it before interviewing anyone or whether you just need to do it before the chapter ends.
