    Actions
    Once you have a route set up, select the route and click the timetable button, which is the middle button of the three located below the 'Drive Now' button. Once in the timetable, select the bottom section and change any of the 'Wait Time' values. After making the changes, back out of the timetable screen and the achievement should pop.
