On level 22 - Future Tokyo - The Apartments, you'll find a drone flying around, click on it and BEFORE clicking on the piece to pick up, let the drone fly around for a few seconds. Doing this will unlock the achievement.
If you've already clicked the piece too quickly, you'll need to restart the level to do this achievement.
