All the secret achievements for this game require you to search the backgrounds and find the necessary objects.
To look around the backgrounds of each area, hold the right mouse button while moving your mouse around to look around, then left-click the required object.
For the "Gotta have it every week" achievement, click on a Pizza in either:
City:
- View from the balcony
- An oasis in the city
