Considering how slow the game registers clicks anyway. You don't want to spend more time than needed going for this achievement.
Simply install an auto-clicker software (or use your mouse drivers if possible) and click away for the whole night.
Unless I'm not actually limited by the game, and it's actually the software that I'm using that's slow right now, it should take you around 3.5 hrs to get this achievement.
