This should be one of the easiest achievements to get. After fighting monsters they have a chance to drop an egg. If you get more stars during the battle you have a higher chance of getting an egg. You get higher stars by using abilities that the enemy monsters are weak against, but mostly by how fast you defeat the group. You won't get one every time so just keep trying. Once you get an egg open your inventory and hatch it and that should be it!
