Once you've gotten the drone working, if you look at the beams on the ceiling there is one that goes from near the central fan toward the wall with the record player. If you stand in the right place (e.g., near the bathroom door) you can see a small action figure-like toy perched on top of the beam. Maneuver the drone over the figure and get its tractor beam working to grab the toy and unlock the achievement.
