One could easily confuse this with getting a kill through a portal, when in fact you've got to kill them with a portal.
Trick someone into falling off the map after going through your portal. It's not super easy, but I managed to get it by accident. Trying to do it on purpose is probably gonna take less time (you might be able to just lure them through the portal too)
