    Easiest way to get this achievement, is to use a high level car, and start the race 'Marinara' in Bayview Park (top right of the map).

    Just keep up with the last car, and stay in last place until the final lap, then speed ahead and win the race.

    The recommended rating for this race is 140, so it should be a cakewalk.
