Tallneck is hard to miss, there's only one in the Cut. Bandit camp I believe there is also only one and is a part of a side quest. It's located east of the bigger blue lake on the map. Hunting ground is probably the only challenge here and what's important is that you have to win Blazing sun (1st place) in all three challenges given by the ground keeper. If you want to make it as easy as possible you can lower difficulty to Story for the duration of the challenge.
