This is a achievement in Zone 6.
After the cut scene with Andre in your portal room, make sure you go Left. You will return to the puzzle and you will notice a new Character.
Exit your game and select Continue. You will spawn at the beginning of the puzzle. Solve it and go to Aurelio. You will get an error message and get the achievement.
