To unlock this achievement, you must take a picture of all the four moon symbols.
Moon symbol #1: Second loop, recreation/living area, on the pool table.
Moon symbol #2: Third loop, garden, on the stub of the wrist of the severed hand.
Moon symbol #3: Fourth loop, lab, inside the petri dish on the microscope.
Moon symbol #4: Fifth loop, control room, on the eyeball pierced by a pencil next to a glass.
If you make sure to get all of these as they are immediately available, you'll also get the "Stop Repeating Yourself" achievement.
