To unlock this achievement, you must take a picture of all the four moon symbols, without passing them.
Moon symbol #1: Second loop, recreation/living area, on the pool table.
Moon symbol #2: Third loop, garden, on the stub of the wrist of the severed hand.
Moon symbol #3: Fourth loop, lab, inside the petri dish on the microscope.
Moon symbol #4: Fifth loop, control room, on the eyeball pierced by a pencil next to a glass.
Get all these in their respective loops before continuing through the looping door, and the achievement should unlock.
