This is the short version: To get this achievement you have to use the Earthquake Dance (last one unlocked) to reveal all 20 statues around the map.
They are located within only the main map, not in any Dungeons or Towns.
Their locations are indicated by a Tinkerbat or two digging in the ground/wall in that spot. However, those Tinkerbats can also indicate a Turtle Slam spot instead of Earthquake Dance.
