    Actions
    Your sniper needs to have the perks Alpha (bonus to first shot) and Omega (bonus to last shot) unlocked. Then the easiest way to get this is to give your sniper the weapon mod that reduces their ammo by 2, so that every shot uses Alpha and Omega at the same time, because the shot is the first and the last round. Then on a single turn, shoot-reload-shoot.
