At the start of the game, head to the right and keep going until you are standing on the cliff overlooking the church/field hospital. Position your mouse at the bottom of the screen, past the cliff's edge, until you get an arrow pointing down. Upon clicking, your character will jump to her death, killing herself and an unfortunate bunny, and unlocking the achievement after a short wait.
