You get the skeletons by destroying the human card in your base deck.
I would highly suggest going for this achievement on a board where the second or third spot is a rest place where you can replace the human card. and then don't beat the next stage but just try to stay alive, the most challenging part of this achievements is for your skeletons to kill something, since they are dead in 2 hits and don't do that much damage.
