I ran through the first mission with only the Famine cheat engaged after I completed the campaign. Relatively easy, using sticky launcher shotgun mod and micro-missiles for assault rifle, picking up ammo laying around the map. The Suit mod to have exploding barrels drop loot and respawn assisted some as well but wasn’t overly necessary.
