How to unlock the Now Hit Me With The Music achievement

    Equip the El Ritmo melee weapon and select the San Martin bank job. There should be a mariachi band playing music in front of the fountain. Equip your mask and kill 1 of the mariachi band members using only your melee weapon (El Ritmo). Doing this will unlock the achievement and the Sombrero mask.
