  If you missed it while playing, you can use the map from steam workshop.
  
  After subscribing to this map: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=30415...
  Go to: Play → Workshop → Workshop → Shex - easy achievement.
  
  Then just get hit by a bat, then heal yourself and so 6 times, then complete the level. After finishing the map, you should get the achievement.
