    After the Anteater is hospitalised and has woken up, Smirnov will ask for either good cop of bad cop.

    Say good cop

    You simply have to pick the pleasant options and shut down Smirnov's aggression. At the end I chose "I'll say you helped me on the roof" and got the achievement.
