  After you complete Episode 1 (and by proxy, the game), go back to the title screen and press "Continue" to load back to the beginning of the game, after walking for a bit, you'll find a poster of theMeatly replacing the one of the posters from the Poster room, after walking to it, you'll get both theMeatly's outfit and the achievement.
