This trophy is located in the "Lofty Castle" level of the Dream Weavers world. Around halfway through the map (you should've already found one dragon at this point), you'll encounter a path leading towards a castle where there are 4 puffer birds lined up in a row:
Simply charge through them and you'll unlock the achievement.
