This trophy can be achieved in the Terrace Village level of the Beast Makers world. Near the end of the level, you can reach the top of a platform where there is a rocket, and a short hop away there is another platform with a second rocket on it. You can see one rocket here up-close, and the other platform in the distance:
The third and final rocket is on the floor next to the first platform you were on.
