Start a new game and choose Time Trial. In time trial there are two modes, blind and...well, not blind. Choose blind. You are supposed to face away from the targets, then turn and start shooting when the round starts. This achievement does not require you to beat a time, so you can take as long as you need to shoot each target. The achievement unlocks after six rounds.
