Note:
This achievement is very easy to miss due to the opportunity to unlock it only happening once per playthrough.
Once you gain access to the grasslands you can earn this achievement.
-Get Satna's Key and return it to him
-Talk to Santa to recieve the
Fireball-Head right outside of Santa's house until you get to Chako's house
-Talk to Chako and she will comment on the
Fireball-Check the fireplace and she will approach you
-Use her bed to unlock the achievement and get the item "Chako's Lipstick" added to your inventory

*** Spoiler - click to reveal ***Near the end of the game after the first battle with the doctor the remaining Mimigas will be in cages. Chako will be among them in one of the left most cages. If you have unlocked Chako's Lipstick; When you talk to her she (and other female Mimiga nearby) will drop some health for you to collect.
