  Ok, first things first, enter the console by pressing the TAB key.
  
  Once inside, type help into the console then press enter.
  You will get a list of commands, type in EnableDevCommands then press enter.
  You should get an message saying access denied.
  Do it again until the AI pops up.
  
  Continue angering the AI to eventually get the blue screen of death achievement.
