For this achievement, you have to spawn 1000 items, as the description states. One of the fastest ways to do that is to spawn a bunch of small objects like light bulbs, copy them, paste more, and repeat. Don't overdo it as it can make your game lag or even crash. Clear everything once in a while. Another solution is to just play the game. It will pop up eventually.
