Start a new run as a Wrestler as he/she has the ability to lift up items and throw them. The most difficult part of this achievement is finding a graveyard. I found success on the first Park level, but they'll spawn on any map.
Once you've found a graveyard, simply start picking up the tombstones and throwing them at an enemy until they die and then the achievement will unlock.
