    **This achievement is MISSABLE**
    Playing as The Hag, have a survivor activate your Phantasm Trap (your killer ability), teleport to the trap and hit the survivor, who activated your trap.
    This must be done to all 4 survivors in a single trial.

    NOTE:
    If you do not succesfully hit all 4 survivors this way in a single trial, the achievement will reset.
    You must hit the survivor within few seconds of teleporting (I believe it's about 10 seconds)
