How to unlock the Strike, You're Out. achievement

    This is easiest done after upgrading the whipfist to the max.

    Go back in the yellow zone, try to get a strike team, and soon as you see it, grab a car, target the helicopter (it will be just one, because of the zone), and then just charge your whip to the max. If both the car and the whip hit, the helicopter will die and the achievement should pop
