Start up a game in the B scenario, follow the linear path to the cutters and skip/watch the cutscene. Here, quite a few zombies will rise and you need to backtrack and use the cutters on the door with the Courtyard key in. There is also a Frag Grenade. Wait for zombies to head down the stairs and bunch them together, throw the grenade and most likely you'll get this achievement.
