This is a tough achievement.
Some tips:
- Choose skill points as a starting bonus.
- Only buy skill points at Data Store. Don't spend any gold on cards or items.
- Prioritize skills that either give you additional gold or lower the cost of Data Store resets.
- Prioritize side missions that give you skill points.
- Elite and High Elite enemies are tougher, but they also give you more skill points as a reward.
- You don't have to upgrade the skills to unlock this achievement. Simply acquire all the skills available.
