It won't take long playing the game to unlock a Monkey Knowledge point from leveling up your account. When you get one, click on the icon labelled 'Knowledge' in the bottom right of the main menu and assign your knowledge point to what ever you want and the achievement will be unlocked. My advice would be to work on the 'Heroes' knowledge to begin with since you will be using heroes almost every game you play.
