You will encounter two of these in the forbidden city. They carry two MIMIR Z200 so you need one EMP grenade to kill these in a safe way. THrow the grenade to zap all three then kill the MIMIR Z200 before the emp effect runs out after that regular emp weapons should beable to keep MIMIR Z800 zapped until it dies. You should have two 50% weapon addons and one 20% by now. So the fight will be easy it's just about grinding down the HP.
