The narrator often comments on what you're doing in a level. To annoy him, simply stand still. After a few seconds he will say something about there being a pause button should you need it. Seconds later, he'll say "Helloooo? Strange Brigade? Are you there?" Keep staying still. Finally, he'll say something like, "Fine, let's see who budges first." After that, you can move and he'll once again comment on it as the achievement pops. He even breaks the fourth wall and comments directly on the achievement.
