Hitting alt + o on the main screen will bring up the secret menu and get you this achievement. Be careful, though. The items on the secret menu don't look like real buttons and they don't give any feedback when you click, but they still work, so don't click 999 unless you really want 999 hearts or "reset data" unless you really want to wipe out all your progress.
