This achievement requires the player to deliver cargo to all farms in the cities of the Beyond the Baltic Sea DLC.
There are 13 cities with 16 farms in total, 3 cities have two farms which both will require delivery to them.
The required farms are:

- Lithuania Utena (East)
- Lithuania Utena (West)
- Russia Kaliningrad
- Russia Saint Petersburg
The destination companies you're looking for in the quick job list are:
You could either filter the list on destination company and go the correct letter, or filter on the destination city and go to the correct letter.
Unforunately I haven't found a sure way to check to which of the two farms it's going in Pärnu, Liepāja and Utena, without accepting the job and then cancelling it (and paying a fine) if it's to the farm you've already been. If there are two to the same company in for example Pärnu, and one flag is slightly west of the other, you'll be able to figure out which is which. This isn't always the case though.
Complete a delivery (doesn't matter which cargo) to each of the 16 farms and the achievement should unlock.
