How to unlock the Captain Did It achievement

  For each death, blame it on the captain.
  
  You can do this by choosing an option that can be blamed on a specific person (like shot/gun or eaten), and selecting the Captain. For this, you do have to correctly identify the Captain

  *** Spoiler - click to reveal ***(who is firing the pistol in the first scene of the game, The End, Part 1)

  (although you can misidentify everyone else; it's actually somewhat handy to do so). For the Captain himself, select suicide.
  
  

  *** Spoiler - click to reveal ***The two crew members who's deaths are revealed in The Bargain remain unknown. You should declare those who escaped as being shot by the Captain, though.

  
  
  Then return to the rowboat and head to port, ending the game early.
