  Actions

  There are two prerequisites for this one to unlock.
  
  1. Your game is in Permadeath mode
  2. You have saved and quit at least one time. This enables the "Continue" option in the main menu.
  
  Once these are met, simply continue your game using the Continue option in the main menu and this achievement will pop when you die.
