There's no solid way to track how many times you've fully raided someone's base but if you read this before you really mess around with TDM I have a tip that basically allows you to track this anyway. If you accept Season Quest#996 (100 successful raids) as soon as you unlock TDM, then anytime you win raids your counter will go up. All you have to do now is raid bases you are fairly sure you can completely destroy.
Stick to players with low ranks and low TDM scores, people who seem largely inactive with TDM. This way you will be confident that every time the counter goes up for beating someone, it is also telling you how many 100% raids you have left to do. Don't allow yourself to win any raids below 100% destruction. Keep the counter accurate. After you've unlocked the achievement and finished the quest, you can go back to winning raids with any destruction percentage. Just make sure the 100 you do while the quest is tracking you are also completely destructive.
