These can be achieved while doing the Botanist achievement.
Boar Skull - You can find this in the greenhouse courtyard before going inside, its located in the far corner from the gate in some grass.
Mushroom - Found in the first room of the greenhouse (Interact with it again for the Edible achievement)
Venus Flytrap - Found in the second room of the greenhouse (The Science Lab)
